10-Year Golden Visa Categories

 ü  Golden Visa for Professionals

Skilled workers and professionals qualify for a Golden Visa if they meet specific criteria. It includes holding a valid employment contract within the UAE, with the job falling under occupational level 1 or 2 as defined by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. Additionally, applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and draw a minimum salary of not less than AED 30,000 per month.

ü  Golden Visa for Real Estate Owners

Any individual who has purchased a property worth no less than AED 2 million or more, regardless of whether it’s off-plan, completed, mortgaged or not mortgaged. The UAE has cancelled the AED 1 million minimum down payment required for people to qualify for a golden visa through real estate investment.

ü  Golden Visa for Investors

One must possess a minimum of AED 2 million worth of public investment, which can be in the form of an organization or an investment fund. Additionally, at least 60% of the total investment should not be acquired as a loan and should not be tied to real estate. For other types of assets, investors should expect to have complete possession.

Golden Visa Application Requirements:

Golden Visa for Professionals

ü  NOC letter from the company that allows an employee to hold golden residency, also it should mention that the service period is not less than 1 year as a general manager – executive, director – chairman of the board of directors.

ü  Attested degree certificate (bachelor’s degree or higher + university degree equivalency) – Degree must be attested from the UAE embassy of the home country and Ministry of foreign affairs in Dubai.

ü  Salary certificate (not less than 30,000 DHS/Monthly)

ü  Labour contract with the same profession and salary mentioned on the salary certificate.

ü  Bank statements (last 6 months showing monthly salary and salary must show in the statement and not withdrawn second day, if the salary withdrawn second day of the deposit to another account, we will require a second bank statement showing the same)

ü  Passport and visa copy

ü  Dubai visa required

Golden Visa for Real Estate Owners

ü  Title Deed Property worth AED 2 million or own off-plan property valued at AED 2 million and above.

ü  Visa or passport copy

ü  Emirates ID

ü  Applicant inside UAE

ü  International and local health insurance

Golden Visa for Investors

ü  A copy of the passport.

ü  Bring proof of ownership of a financial deposit of not less than (2,000,000) two million dirhams in a bank in the country. It may be in the form of investment bonds or sukuk.

ü  Proof of residence in the Emirate of Dubai.
